What you’ll do.

Du erweckst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die unterschiedlichsten Ideen für unsere Projekte zum Leben, die von medialen Inszenierungen für Marken bis zu interaktiven Installationen und immersiven Shows reichen. Dabei gehört auch immer wieder das Reisen zu den Shows und Events dazu, um vor Ort den reibungslosen visuellen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
Animationen verstehst du nicht nur als funktionales, sondern als ästhetisches Element deiner Tätigkeit.
Während du die Anforderungen der Kund:innen und Marken im Blick behältst, hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Kreativität auf beeindruckenden, großflächigen Medien auszuleben und die Wirkung von Bewegtbild in neuen Dimensionen im interdisziplinären Team zu erforschen.

Creativity. Wir suchen kreative Multitalente: Du hast ein feines Gespür für Bewegungen, erschaffst ungesehene Animationen, die mühelos wirken und Aufmerksamkeit auf sich ziehen. Gleichzeitig besitzt du eine hohe Kompetenz darin, im Rahmen vollkommen freier ebenso wie sehr enger Briefings kreative Lösungen zu finden.
Mindset. Du stehst für deine Ideen ein und überzeugst mit Argumenten und dem richtigen Feingefühl, dabei bist du offen für kreatives Sparring und freust dich über neue Herausforderungen. Du begeisterst dich für Design sowie digitale Trends und teilst diese Passion gern im Team!
Software. Du fühlst dich in After Effects, Premiere oder DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator sowie Photoshop zu Hause und beherrschst Cinema 4D (inkl. Redshift) für Modeling und Shading. Optional hast du außerdem schon Erfahrungen mit den gängigen KI-Tools wie MidJourney, Runway und ComfyUI gesammelt und Interesse an Marvelous Designer, Houdini und Unreal Engine.
Nice-to-have. Wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit Node-basierten Tools wie TouchDesigner, Nuke oder Fusion gesammelt hast, dich mit Compositing und Farbkorrektur auskennst oder Skills im Bereich Rigging und Character Animation aufweist, freuen wir uns auf deine Expertise.

What you’ll do.

Together with your team, you bring a wide range of ideas to life for our projects, ranging from media productions for brands to interactive installations and immersive shows.
You see animations not only as a functional element but also as an aesthetic aspect of your work.
While keeping the needs of clients and brands in focus, you have the opportunity to unleash your creativity on large-scale media and explore the impact of moving images in new dimensions within an interdisciplinary team.

What we value.

Creativity. We are looking for creative all-rounders: You have a keen sense for motion, creating unseen animations that feel effortless while drawing attention. At the same time, you possess a high level of expertise in finding creative solutions within both completely open and very tight briefs.
Mindset. You stand by your ideas, convincing with strong arguments and the right sensitivity. You are open to creative sparring and excited by new challenges. You have a passion for design and digital trends, and you love sharing this enthusiasm with your team!
Software. You are at home with After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and are proficient in Cinema 4D (including Redshift) for modeling and shading. Optionally, you also have experience with popular AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, and ComfyUI, and an interest in Marvelous Designer, Houdini, and Unreal Engine.
Nice-to-have. If you already have experience with node-based tools like TouchDesigner, Nuke, or Fusion, are familiar with compositing and color correction, or have skills in rigging and character animation, we’d love to hear about your expertise.
