What you’ll do.

Als Senior Art Director Motion Design entwickelst du hochwertige Styleframes, Looks, visuelle Konzepte und Animationen – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung – und setzt sie in fesselnde visuelle und bewegte Medien um.
Du führst kreative Prozesse auf höchstem ästhetischem Niveau, setzt Kundenanforderungen in mutige, innovative Designentscheidungen um und bringst Konzepte mit sicherem Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe und Workflows zum Leben.
Dabei realisierst du sowohl Motion- als auch Realbild-Projekte souverän und probierst gerne neue Ansätze aus.
Du präsentierst deine Arbeiten professionell vor Kund:innen und transportierst unsere Designvision überzeugend nach innen und außen.

Du arbeitest gern im Team und hast bereits Führungserfahrung, kannst aber auch eigenverantwortlich agieren: Du gestaltest deine visuellen Visionen selbst und präsentierst diese Ideen & Designs sicher vor Kund:innen.
Skills. Du bringst ein starkes Gespür für Design, Animation und Produktionsprozesse mit. Der Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D und weiteren Motion-Design-Tools gehört für dich zum Alltag.
Experience. Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Motion Design, idealerweise im Agentur- oder Studio-Umfeld, und ein Portfolio, das dein hohes gestalterisches Niveau und deine exzellente Umsetzungskraft unterstreicht.

What you’ll do.

As Senior Art Director Motion Design with a focus on look development and styleframes, you are an integral part of the Elastique. team. You create visual concepts, styleframes, and animations – from the initial idea through design and development to the final execution.
With your strong sense of aesthetics and innovation, you develop outstanding design solutions that inspire, surprise, and set new standards.
You guide creative processes at the highest level, balance client needs with bold design decisions, and bring concepts to life with a deep understanding of production workflows. Confident in presentations, you represent our vision both to clients and within the team.

With your concepts and designs, you set new standards for aesthetics and originality. You have a strong feeling for international cultural and creative developments—you integrate these currents and trends into your designs.

You enjoy working in a team and already bring leadership experience, yet you’re equally capable of working independently: You design your own visual visions and confidently present these ideas and designs to clients.
Skills. You bring a strong command of design, animation, and production processes. Working with Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, and other motion design tools is second nature to you.
Experience. You have at least three years of professional experience in motion design, ideally in an agency or studio environment, and a portfolio that highlights both your strong design sense and your executional excellence.
