What you’ll do.

Als Senior Motion Designer erweckst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team die unterschiedlichsten Ideen für unsere Projekte zum Leben – von medialen Inszenierungen für Marken bis zu interaktiven Installationen und immersiven Shows.
Du übernimmst dabei die Verantwortung für die kreative Leitung einzelner Projekte und stellst sicher, dass alle visuellen Elemente auf höchstem Niveau umgesetzt werden. Reisen zu Shows und Events gehören dazu, um vor Ort den reibungslosen visuellen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
Animationen verstehst du nicht nur als funktionales, sondern als ästhetisches Element deiner Arbeit und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Konzepte, die sowohl visuell als auch emotional überzeugen.
Während du die Anforderungen der Kund:innen und Marken im Blick behältst, nutzt du deine Erfahrung, um die Wirkung von Bewegtbild auf großflächigen Medien zu maximieren und neue Ansätze zu testen.

Wichtig ist uns, dass du dein Projekt-Team nicht nur anleitest, sondern auch weiterhin selbst gestaltest und animierst, um deine Vision zu vermitteln und/oder Teile des Projekts selbst auszuproduzieren.
Mindset. Du stehst sicher für deine Ideen ein, überzeugst mit Argumenten und dem richtigen Feingefühl, bist offen für kreatives Sparring und inspirierst das Team bei neuen Herausforderungen. Du begeisterst dich für Design- und Digital-Trends und teilst diese Leidenschaft aktiv.
Software. Du beherrschst After Effects, Premiere oder DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator und Photoshop sowie Cinema 4D (inklusive Redshift) für Modeling und Shading. Optional hast du bereits Erfahrung mit KI-Tools wie MidJourney, Runway oder ComfyUI und Interesse an Marvelous Designer, Houdini oder Unreal Engine.
Experience: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Motion Design mit, leitest eigenverantwortlich Projekte und unterstützt das Team bei der Umsetzung komplexer Motion- und Realbild-Projekte.
Nice-to-have. Erfahrung mit Node-basierten Tools wie TouchDesigner, Nuke oder Fusion, Kenntnisse in Compositing, Farbkorrektur, Rigging oder Character Animation erweitern dein kreatives Spektrum.

What you’ll do.

Together with your team, you bring a wide range of ideas to life for our projects, ranging from media productions for brands to interactive installations and immersive shows.
You see animations not only as a functional element but also as an aesthetic aspect of your work.
While keeping the needs of clients and brands in focus, you have the opportunity to unleash your creativity on large-scale media and explore the impact of moving images in new dimensions within an interdisciplinary team.

What we value.

Creativity. You are a creative all-rounder with a keen sense for movement and animation. You develop compelling motion design solutions that feel effortless, capture attention, and remain both innovative and aesthetic—whether within open or tightly defined briefs. Most important to us is that you not only lead your project team, but also continue to design and animate yourself, in order to convey your vision and/or take responsibility for producing parts of the project directly
Mindset. You stand by your ideas, convincing with strong arguments and the right sensitivity. You are open to creative sparring and excited by new challenges. You have a passion for design and digital trends, and you love sharing this enthusiasm with your team!
Software. You are at home with After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and are proficient in Cinema 4D (including Redshift) for modeling and shading. Optionally, you also have experience with popular AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, and ComfyUI, and an interest in Marvelous Designer, Houdini, and Unreal Engine.
Nice-to-have. If you already have experience with node-based tools like TouchDesigner, Nuke, or Fusion, are familiar with compositing and color correction, or have skills in rigging and character animation, we’d love to hear about your expertise.
