What you’ll do.

  • You are a Senior Motion Designer who brings a wide range of ideas for our projects to life together with the team – from media-driven brand experiences to interactive installations and immersive shows.
  • You take responsibility for the implementation of visual concepts and ensure that animation, design, and timing come together at the highest level.
  • Traveling to shows and events is regularly part of the role to ensure smooth visual execution on site.
  • You see animation not only as a functional element but as an aesthetic one and develop visual solutions together with the team that are convincing both creatively and conceptually.
  • While keeping the needs of clients and brands in mind, you bring your experience to translate motion design effectively onto large-scale media, explore new approaches, and bring projects to life within an interdisciplinary team.

What we value.

  • Creativity. You are a creative all-rounder with a strong sense for movement and animation. You develop original motion design solutions that feel effortless while capturing attention, and you are able to find innovative, high-quality visual answers whether working with completely open or very tight briefs.
  • Mindset. You stand confidently behind your ideas, communicate them with strong arguments and the right sense of nuance, and enjoy creative sparring within the team. New challenges motivate you, and you are passionate about design and digital trends, actively bringing these impulses into projects and discussions.
  • Software. You feel at home in After Effects, Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and you are confident using Cinema 4D (including Redshift) for modeling and shading. Ideally, you have also gained experience with AI-based creative tools such as MidJourney, Runway, or ComfyUI, and are interested in tools like Marvelous Designer, Houdini, or Unreal Engine.
  • Experience. You bring several years of experience in motion design, ideally within an agency or studio environment, and are used to realizing motion and live-action projects with strong design sensibility and a solid understanding of production workflows.
  • Nice-to-have. If you already have experience with node-based tools such as TouchDesigner, Nuke, or Fusion, are familiar with compositing and color correction, or have skills in rigging and character animation, we would be excited to see your expertise.
